Sketch books

The other day I heard someone on CITR say "a sketch book for me is like playing air guitar." I found this rather funny because most of time time the stuff I draw in a sketch book ends up being a whole lot of pointless junk that never gets used, especially since most of my favorite pieces are created spontaneously without much planning. But then I saw this site...
and then I discovered a cool flickr group "An International moleskine sketchbook exchange"
